Why Conversations? 

Conversation gives us a chance to be curious about ourselves and others.  Blooming Conversations are small gatherings in my home to engage in conversation.  We also eat good food.

Why Blooming?  

My maiden name is Bloomer.

When we converse, we connect and we bloom, we unfold, we unfurl and blooming is joyful. Also, having that last name, it made people laugh.​

Why that Painting?

That's my mother in the blue and white stripes on the right.  As you can see, she listened intently to people.  She loved conversation.  This was her book group in Florida, and the scene was painted by her husband George DeGenaro.
